Do you sell Live Birds?

We do not currently have any live birds for sale.
As there are many birds in rescues and shelters that are in need of a forever home we are happy to promote adoption.
We have partnered with local rescues and shelters and will be glad to introduce you to some wonderful birds in need of a new forever home. Please reach out to us directly if you are interested in adoption.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! You can complete your order online and choose store pick up during the checkout. Orders for pick up will be ready same day.

What is your shipping Policy?

Shipping & Delivery Policy
You will be able to see rates and choose a shipping preference when checking out. 
Processing & Delivery
Orders will be processed the same day and shipped within 24 hrs. Most orders deliver within 2-7 business days.
SHIPPING FEES
Rates will vary depending on the shipping service you have selected. We offer a local delivery option for $5. Delivery address must be within Scarborough, ON to be eligible.
Options and pricing will be displayed upon checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's "Track Order" page or through the courier's tracking system to monitor the delivery status.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
